Q: I tried to Post a listing and it's not working, what gives?
A: Please be sure that you have checked the "Terms and Conditions" checkbox. This is required for a post to be accepted.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Sorry, because postings are listed immediately we do not offer refunds.
Q: I've signed up for a membership but can't log in?
A: You should have received a verification email which would require you to click on the link to verify the account. If you did not receive this email or did not activate it within 24 hours please email us at support@communityswapshop.com.
A: Please check to see if the verification email is in your spam folder. To avoid this in the future please add community swap shop to your address book.
Q: Why does my telephone # show up every time I post a listing? Will it show in the listing?
A: We ask for your telephone # for security reasons. The number will not show up in your listing unless you choose to place it in the description of your post. Since a telephone # is required for posting a listing, again for security reasons, for the convenience of our members we allow that to auto pop so members do not have to keep typing the number in on multiple postings.
